Addiction Studies Institute Exhibit – July 31-Aug 2, 2019
The Addiction Studies Institute is a national, multi-day conference in Columbus, Ohio focusing on addiction and substance use. The Fresh A.I.R. (Artists in Recovery) Gallery was asked to curate an exhibit for the conference. This is a wonderful opportunity for professionals from around the country to see and learn about the artwork of individuals affected by addiction and substance use. I was invited to submit my painting, Light Beyond the Darkness, which symbolizes my journey through my son's addiction, mental illness & suicide.

Operation Monarch – Mar-May 2019
I'm honored to have two paintings juried in the Operation Monarch exhibit at the Cultural Arts Center in Columbus, Ohio. It addresses substance abuse, recovery and the role of art for individuals and families affected by addiction. It will include my painting Light Beyond the Darkness, which symbolizes my journey through my son's addiction, mental illness & suicide.

Butchart Gardens , The Mediator, and Shy in the Shadows are included in the 19th Annual Spring Fling Fine Arts Competition & Exhibit offered by the Gateway Arts Council of Sidney, Ohio.

Art for Life – Sept. 2018
River Reflections is juried in and donated to the Art for Life 2018 auction at the Columbus Museum of Art, Columbus, Ohio to raise funds for Equitas Health. Its mission is to be the gateway to good health for those at risk or affected by HIV/AIDS, for the LGBTQ community, and for those seeking a welcoming healthcare home.
