Tim Sitting In and The Mediator are accepted into the 32nd Annual Piqua Fine Art Exhibit of the Piqua Arts Council, Piqua, Ohio. Tim Sitting In won Second Place Award in Oils and Acrylics.

Ohio State Fair Fine Arts Exhibition – July-Aug. 2024

I am honored that Parking Lights  and Bordering are juried in the Ohio State Fair Fine Arts Exhibition, Professional Division. Showcasing a diverse range of paintings, sculptures, photographs and mixed media works, this exhibition celebrates the talent of both amateur and professional artists of the Buckeye State. This year's exhibition features a special focus on painting. Don't miss your chance to experience the beauty and ingenuity of many of Ohio's most talented artists.

Many thanks to the Ohio Arts Council for their Special Purchase Award for "Bordering." It will be added to their office's permanent collection in Rhodes State Office Tower, Columbus, Ohio.

NLAPW Biennial Art Exhibition — April-May 2024

I'm honored Zinnias on Blue, Parking Lights, and Tim Sitting In are juried in the Art Exhibition of the National League of American Pen Women's 51st Biennial Conference. The juror was Nanette Maciejunes, former Executive Director and CEO of the Columbus Museum of Art.

The art awards judge, Cat Sheridan (Director/Curator of Ohio Arts Council Riffe Gallery) gave Parking Lights an Honorable Mention Award. She commented, "An example of an artist that has mastery over the material and a way of capturing and evoking memories of gorgeous, fiery sunsets in unexpected places for the viewer. Perhaps a call to find beauty wherever we are."

Bordering is included in Creative Viewpoints, the National League of American Pen Women's (NLAPW) Central Ohio Branch's Exhibition. It is on view in the Loft Gallery of the Columbus Cultural Arts Center. It runs concurrently with the NLAPW's 51st Biennial Conference Art Exhibition, located in the main gallery.
